House of Thirft is an IG page for the fashion and environmentally-conscious consumer. Customers purchase preloved garments and accessories, so they don’t end up in the landfill. The page has grown, attracting fashionistas from all over the globe who donate their clothing to be resold.

The Process
LOGO
The logo inspiration came from the company’s value of sustainability. It features a hand-drawn Thrift plant. This plant is the essence of sustainability in its growing habits and beauty with its long-lasting blooms.
The logo has been crafted in various forms to accommodate the various needs of the company from display on their IG page to packaging and web applications.
BRAND COLORS
The color palette further communicates the values of House of Thrift. The earthy tones of the brand are a visual communication of their desire to promote sustainable living and a positive impact on the earth. Rusty orange color encourages social communication, optimism, and enthusiasm. Pink tones represent love and kindness.
Typography
The typography for the brand is clean yet fashionably modern. The main font, Aviner, is a san serif typeface in the tradition of geometric type style. It brings a sense of warmth and openness.
